Genesis

Kendriya Vidyalaya 39 GTC,came into existence in 1981 amidst the benign natural surroundings of 39 GTC (Gorkha Training Centre) premises . Away from the chaos of city life, the peaceful surrounding help students to concentrate on studies.

Presently, the Vidyalaya with the strength of 1605 students appear from class I to class VlI( 3 sections each) and class VIII to class XII (4 sections each) with the commerce, science and Humanities stream is running into triple-storieed building. More than seventy efficient and talented staff members comprising –teaching and non-teaching are whole heartedly devoted in the multifaceted growth of the children under the able guidance of the very learned Principal Dr. Chandra Bhushan Prakash Verma.
